Some tips in Packing/Shipping your Case
In preparing your case for shipment, we
encourage you to follow the guidelines shown below.
 Wet
Impressions
Impressions and bites should be dry and placed in plastic bags or bubble bags to
avoid damage Wet Impressions. In addition, please remember to properly wrap your
impression (wet paper towel and plastic baggy) to ensure it retains its
moisture.
 Photos
& Slides
We suggest that photos, slides, floppy disk, or any other materials be enclosed
in their appropriate box or plastic bag.
Packing the Box
Place all prepared items in a new or recycled box. Please be sure to tightly
pack foam or other packing material around items to avoid shifting or harm to
the case.
Shipping your Case
If the case you are shipping to us
contains a wet impression, please indicate by writing "WET" on the outside of
the box. This will help us identify and immediately attend to your case for
immediate pouring. In addition, please remember to properly wrap your impression
(wet paper towel and plastic baggy) to ensure it retains its moisture.
Please note that Sun Dental Laboratories' business hours are Monday through
Friday, 8:00am to 7:00pm, PST and not available for weekend deliveries.
